question?

???can anyone tell me why when i run scan’s the reports i get after usually have hundreds of files not scanned, makes no dif if i do quick scans or deep scans, i get the same line at the end of each file that was to be scanned “file could not be scanned due to scanner settings” what dose that mean, and how do i change it? any help would be great,cheers :-*

Remove “Hard errors” and “Soft errors” files from the report.
Are you using Vista? Symbolic links are a known issue (which you shouldn’t worry about).
