Hi,

I just bought a new licence Avast SecureLine for PC and when I try to download the licence i receive the following message

“Unable to insert the licence file. The signature is invalid. The License file is corrupted or modified” and I paid for this licence 30 min ago.

Also I have paid for Avast Cleanup and my Avast looks like a free licence.

Fist question, where did you purchase the license from?

For the first question (SecureLine), you need to contact avast.

For the second question, CleanUp and avast (the av) are two different things.
You can have CleanUp and the free version of avast.

Re-download the VPN license and try again. Try inserting the new VPN license when you are connected to the Internet.

You didn’t say you also bought the av, just that it looks like the free version.
