Questions about the Web Shield

I cannot view all web pages when the Web Shield is active.
I can see them if I make the Web shield disabled.
However, this setting will be automatically active after a while.

I could not browse them even if IPv6 was inactive.

My questions are

  1. How can I browse web pages while enabling the Web shield?
  2. How can I perpetuate settings that disabled Web shield?
