Questions about WARNING "Suspicious file detected - APK: CloudRep [Susp]"

Hello,

I am a Android app developer.
My app will be offered to my customers by an apk file, not published on Play Store.
I do not want to display the warning on customer’s devices, so we applied for registering to the AVAST whitelist using the following link.
https://www.avast.com/faq.php?article=AVKB229.

I have three questions about processes after registration in the whitelist.
Q1: How long does it take that the warning will not appear after my app got registered in the whitelist?
Q2: Is it possible that the warning will appear again even if my app already has been registered in the whitelist?
For example, when the version code is increased for version up.
Q3: Even if my app got registered in the whitelist, is it not possible to prevent that the warning appears on the customer’s device
when my customers use an old whitelist or virus definitions?

I read the following topics.

It seems that AVAST displays the warning “Suspicious file detected - APK: CloudRep [Susp]” to my app for the same reason.

Q1:
It depends on how busy it is at avast.

Q2:
Depending on how avast whitelist the application, yes it is possible.
e.g. if they just add the name of the application it will likely not give a warning when things change.
If they whitelist it through a hash, it very likely will give a warning when things change.

Q3:
The listing is in the cloud (hence the CloudRep warning), meaning the users always are using the latest list.
To say it simple, the whitelist and the malware definitions list are two separate lists.

Thank you, Eddy.

I will inform my customers about the warning before release.
