Questions on Safezone and Quarantine (Virus Chest)

Hi,

I am an Avast Internet Security user. I have some questions regarding Safezone and the Quarantine (Virus Chest).

SAFEZONE:

1/ Safezone is secure zone where everything which is outside cannot interact to it right? Suppose your computer is full of viruses and spywares, can these evils attack you in Safezone, such as steal your credit card numbers etc?

2/ What is the accuracy of Safezone in protection?

QUARANTINE (VIRUS CHEST)

1/ I saw there are some viruses on my Quarantine (Virus Chest). When I right-click, I can delete them. I want to know if I delete them, does this mean they have been deleted entirely on my computer OR only from the virus chest?
