Quick scan and full scan run at the same time

I am having problems laptops that have not been powered on for roughly two weeks where the Quick scan and full scan run at the same time making the laptop almost unusable.

What setting can I change in the Small Office Administration Console to fix this so only one scan will run at a time?

Move the clients into a separate group and then create a new scan to target just those clients.
