Nothing, only avast!
The progress display is always very approximate, and may not work in same cases.
What exactly are you scanning?
Ok… I submit my screenshot about this problem on avast! fanpage… Sorry to submit on fan page, because I dont know, how to submit here…

Listen Guys, Quick scan was working good before I update to this new version. …I’m telling about the problem, I experienced… Answer to those screen-shots, I already posted. That’s it!
Your avast installation might be corrupted. Please try repair of avast.
Go to control panel → add/remove programs → avast! Free Antivirus → Chenge → Repair
After repairing, you have to reboot your computer.
Hope this helps.
I was using avast pro, then I upgraded to Internet security during the latest release OK, Guys. I end this discussion anyway here as nothing fixed my problem
Post if anyone experienced the same problem like me & found the solution
Thanks to those (Asyn, Igor, Yokenny & NON) who’ve answered my post.
Let me put it this way - I believe that the progress display behaves as you describe on your computer, the screenshots are quite clear. However, due to how the progress is estimated, it’s most likely a combination of factors very specific to your computer (hard disk content, disk speed, CPU speed) - so it’s rather unlikely that we’d be able to reliably simulate the problem here (and even if we did, it’s not clear if it would be possible to do anything about it… even though I cannot really imagine how such a situation may occur, at least a coarse progress estimation should be ready once the initial antirootkit scan is done).
So I’m afraid you’ll have to live without the progress for now, sorry… since it’s basically a cosmetic feature, the security is not affected in any way, I hope it’s not such a huge problem.
You’re welcome…!
