We’ve narrowed the email problem down to AVast, we’re having problems sending emails within QB when we upgraded from Quickbooks Desktop Premier 2016 to 2021. We get a pop up error message. we’ve exhausted all avenues except Avast. not sure what other Avast settings we should be looking at?? Please advise ASAP

What version of Avast, and whether paid or free?
Any other antivirus/antimalware software installed?
You could first try a Repair of Avast.
Menu>Settings>Troubleshooting>[Repair App]
Can you give details or post a screenshot of the error pop-up you are seeing.
