I am having trouble with my online QB backup since installing Avast. QB can back up all but the same 6 files every time, and there seems to be nothing in QB that is set wrong. Is Avast blocking these files for some reason. The same thing seems to regularly happen with my Weatherchannel temperature icon. I click it and a folder opens in the tray but not on the page.
The QB issue is the one of most importance. Anybody had this problem?
if you right click avast tray icon and pause shields for. xx time. does it work then?

Thank you very much. It worked. Not on the weather page tho, but that doesn’t really matter. We’re good now.
if you disable one and one shield you can then find out what shield it is…
Interesting sir. I am an Intuit Service Provider, and an avast! Distributor and Platinum reseller. I have many clients using QB Pro and avast! (including myself) and have NEVER had any issues with online backup. Who is the provider of the online backup? I assume it’s not Intuit, because I have too many users on the service.
