Random Slowdowns and texts may not go out or some day

Hello,

My phone has hand slow downs on and off for a long time. Now texts may go out fine other times, takes a long time. Well it got bad again. I removed Avast Paid and all my problems went away.
Is this going to be fix? or should I ask for a refund for a app that never really works right? When I bought it I didn’t know it was Avast.

Hi Eric, thanks for the report; could you please more specific? Do you mean text messages or hangouts? Slows down mean exactly what? It is unresponsive? Or any operation takes a long to proceed?

I said texts messages so that means the standard built it text app. I didn’t list a third-party app.

The slowness can be random and across the board.

Since I removed your app it almost feels like a new phone.
