I have a samople of the latest greatest piece of crap. Put it through VT avast won’t detect it. Where should I report it?

Steve, Sadly my computer was reset, so I don’t have Avast right now. Nor any defenses actually. I won’t be installing them until I get windows 7. I hate windows 8 sooo much.
Do you need help to remove this ransomware? Whan OS you running?
Magna, I know how to remove Ransomware. It hasn’t infected my system… I just have the file sitting here. And I’m currently running Windows 8. I knew the file was coming. I also noticed the .avi extension was actually.exe. Noworries Magna. Wouldn’t really matter anyways. I’m installing Windows 7 soon. Plus IT father for the win!
Ok. 
My recommendation is that you wait 8.1 update, so if you still do not like Win8, downgrade to Win7. Neither I do not like Win8 but 8.1 update is much userfrendly.
I haven’t read about the 8.1 update… I’ll try it see how it goes then. I know for admin use Windows 8 sucks.
