Does anybody know the implications of having data roaming turned off with regards to the Anti-Theft functionallity?
I don’t want data roaming to be activated whilst travelling abroad by the Anti-Theft application is this likely?

if you send a “locate” command, or in cases a SIM change is detected Anti-Theft will determine the current location and send it to your friends number. In cases where no GPS is available Anti-Theft will determine the location by triangulation of surrounding WiFi hotspots and cell datas. In order to do this it needs a data connection.
If you deactivate roaming in the firewall settings, even these cases won’t cause data traffic.
