I’m just getting a white screen…i’m using both firefox & IE 7 on two different pc’s (on the same lan though) just remoting into a pc at home to see if i can get there via that pc.
I’m trying to raise a ticket about the problem i’ve posted further down the forum re managed depoyment & exclusions.

ping support.avast.com
in a command line window to see what’s going on.

well got to the next white (blank page after logging in)…from 2 different pc’s on 2 seperate networks…2 different ISP’s…???
For sure, something by your side, not avast site…
I got the same problem with IE7 but working fine with FireFox 3.0.5.

Well, I rebuilt Win XP on my machine - and not for this problem - and I can see the site now.
It may be new Trojan (JS:Packed-AB [trj] or Win32/Conficker)…? Which prohibit visiting some antivirus pages…
Rebuilding, reinstall must help… But Avast can detect him, as is written at home page www.avast.com
Please try to delete cookies for the support.avast.com domain.
