Re-installed Windows, can't insert license file.

Greetings.
I’ve re-installed my Windows 8 2 days ago with hard drive formatting, and my licence file is gone. When i try to download it thru my avast account, following error emerges: “Error (305) Requested service not available at the moment! Please try again later. (Licenses)”
Please, send it to my email manually, if it is possible.

Unfortunately, i wasn’t able to insert license file, provided thru this link. When i tried to do this, i’ve got this error message: “Unalbe to insert the license file. Error 0x20000024.”

  • Which version…??
  • OS…?? (32/64 Bit…? - which SP…?)
  • Other security related software installed…??
  • Which AV(s) did you use before avast!..??

Avast IS, version 8.0.1497, Windows 8 64 bit. Never used any other security software, i have 2 year licence, expiring in 3/7/2014.

  1. Download avast! Internet Security: http://files.avast.com/iavs5x/avast_internet_security_setup.exe
  2. Follow instructions: http://www.avast.com/uninstall-utility (Run this tool for all prior installed avast! versions…!!)
  3. Reinstall avast! with the downloaded installer from point 1.
  4. Reboot.
