this was not a case of " if all else fails read the instructions".
i had read them and thought i had understood them otherwise i would not have requested assistance.as it stands now i still have not been able to rectify the problem. i cannot find anywhere in help relating to your answer.

You shouldn’t start a new thread because Eddy may never see your reply.
