I also have the virus in explorer.exe and winlogon.exe. So I read this forum and took the

next actions:

  1. Run Avast - found:
    Windows\explorer.exe — Win32:DRopper-EPI(Drp) — read-only file (6009)
    Windows\system32\winlogon.exe — Win32:Malware-gen — read only file (6009)
    windows\winstart.bat — Is off-line, not availeble
    Windows\explorer.exe — Win32:Dropper-EPI(drp) — read-only file (6009)

so removing is not possible.

  1. Run MBAM - 1 file found:

  1. Run OLT:

Don’t know what to do now. Didn’t uses my computer anymore since the olt.

Can anyone help me?

[*]Double click on ComboFix.exe & follow the prompts.

[*]As part of it’s process, ComboFix will check to see if the Microsoft Windows Recovery Console is installed. With malware infections being as they are today, it’s strongly recommended to have this pre-installed on your machine before doing any malware removal. It will allow you to boot up into a special recovery/repair mode that will allow us to more easily help you should your computer have a problem after an attempted removal of malware.

[*]Follow the prompts to allow ComboFix to download and install the Microsoft Windows Recovery Console, and when prompted, agree to the End-User License Agreement to install the Microsoft Windows Recovery Console.

**Please note: If the Microsoft Windows Recovery Console is already installed, ComboFix will continue it’s malware removal procedures.

I also have the same problem here…
I’m just wondering if there’s a way to completely delete win32:dropper-epi virus.
Ran OLT and ComboFix.Please see attached files.
Whenever I open a program from my desktop, Avasts antivirus warns me about the virus.
It does the same thing even after running combofix.
