Real Time Shield Problem

I have problem with my Avast Free Antivirus 7.0.1474. The real time shield/web shield is off, i tried to on and fix but nothings happen. i also reboot and try to quick scan with malwarebytes pro but no luck same result.

Anyone can help me? I think my computer is infected resulting that my task manager is broken and avast web shield is not working?! Thanks

hi, i have the same problem !
i try to turn on and fix → nothing happen
i reboot and scan → nothing happen

Go to settings at the top op the Avast window. Choose Troubleshooting menu at bottom of list and reset to the factory settings. This solved the problem for me.
