Really confused here; phone locking, no malware, but ++notifications

Okay, so… My phone has been locking as if it was stolen despite me having it this entire time. I can unlock it with my pin just fine, but I’m not sure what’s causing it. I’d think it was a bug because when I run a virus and malware scan it finds nothing, but when I check my notifications tab it lists a butt ton of things that are alarming, like my SMS message long and phone log were accessed, and/or that the SIM card changed and stuff and I don’t know what’s up.

The only thing I can potentially link it to is the new usb-c to headphone jack adaptor I got off Amazon; it isn’t officially Motorola brand. Is there a possibility that there’s malicious things on the adaptor?? I’ve only had a problem soon after using it. Any ideas?

Hi, the notifications relate to the fact your device was locked - when a change of your SIM card is detected, the Anti-Theft automatically locks the device AND takes a few safety measures (you can also find their list and download the data from your account on my.avast.com - click on the device > More info > Notifications).

The only question is WHY does the app think your SIM has been changed. Can you try to test, whether the phone always locks right after you use the adaptor?
