Reboot scan help please :(

Hi,
I just made a reboot scan and on 20% it said : found a suspected trojan ( or something like that) AND I READ THAT IT WAS A JAVA SUN FILE
i klicked 1. ( remove file)
THEN I GOT THIS MESSAGE :this file is a decompression bomb (ERROR 42110)
so i klicked 1 again. ( remove file
and it came the same text MESSAGE :this file is a decompression bomb (ERROR 42110)
so i klicked delete again but it came over and over again

i tried and tried but the error wouldn’t delete…

so i kliced ignore all and the scanner kept going on… please can someone help me with this problem, i tried to put the virus into chest but the same error text came up…

You could also download McAfee “Stinger” it is free.

I am pretty sure that it scans compressed files.

Download it here. Download it to your Desktop

http://download.cnet.com/McAfee-Avert-Stinger/3000-2239_4-10552057.html

If you download it then just double click the icon and it will start. It does not need an install.

Once the GUI opens click on Preferences and make sure to check “Boot Sectors” “Super Scan” and set Heuristics to “Very High”. Leave the “Virus Detection” on “Repair” It will delete as necessary.

It has found stuff in compressed files for me that Avast has missed. Since it scans compressed files it can take a couple or more hours to run depending on your computer and how much stuff you have on it. I have had no problem doing on stuff on my computer while it is running.

i actually just googled this anddid what told … http://www.java.com/en/download/help/cache_virus.xml

sorry for asking quwstions before even trying…
