received pin from recovery phone number but phone wont unlock

I lost my phone but it has been recovered.I entered the pin I received from the recovery number I set up but the phone that was lost will not unlock

If you marked the phone as lost, you will need to use the found command.

I didn´t notified the phone was lost or stolen. I put off the phone card to change to a new phone and when i put it on again. Now appears the message the phone has been lost or stolen and i ask for pin recovery, i set it up but doesn’t work. Sorry, my english is bad.
