receiving license key file

Two days back me and my coworkers purchase (on-line) an avast 5.0 for 3 PCs. with 2 years validity for only 57.4 US $ for the great offer on the net. we are very glad and happy, when we immediately receive the license key for less than 20 minutes only, after we place the order. Because of that i immediately inform to all my friends about the great offer of avast on line, at the same day me and my friend again purchase another 3 PCs. of avast 5.0 with exactly the same offer but for 59.95 US $ , after placing an order we receive an email from avast team saying that our order was under process/review by your team, and gladly we receive an email yesterday for the attachment of our license key file but there was no any file attach on the mail. We submit a report to Digital river element5 regarding the matter. At the end we receive our license file today and it works but the problem is that our license validity was for 1 year only not 2 years that mentioned on the offer. We are hoping that avast team can do some action for this matter. And we are requesting to please extend your offer for a few more days because there are some friends still want to avail your great offer. This is the order # 341014985 ( for the 2nd order that having problem ).
This is the order # 340999165 ( for the 1st order that has no problem ).

First, please edit your post and remove your email so you don’t get spam! To edit your post, click on the Modify button located in the upper right corner on the post page > make the change (delete your email address) > click on Save located on the bottom left corner of the post page…done.

How to contact avast: http://www.avast.com/contacts. On this page is the Sales Inquiries link. Send them an email or depending on where you live you can call them. You will need the order #'s and email address used to place the orders. They will straighten things out for you.
