Recent purchase

I recently upgraded my product to Premier as my subscription was about to expire. I have Avast on 3 of my computers. The computer that I made the purchase on ( my main desktop) will not accept the license file for some reason. I have made sure the original product was completely up to date and checked for any parameters that may be holding it back, but I cannot seem to get my desktop to accept the file. Now my laptop where I had to send a copy of the license accepted the file on the first try. I am a bit confused and was wondering if anyone had any additional suggestions. Thank you in advance.

issue solved. I had to copy the lisense file to desktop for some reason my computer was not picking it up from my downloads file which is where I placed it after receiving the initial e-mail :slight_smile:
