Recieving MAL Url blocked messages. Getting desperate, please help.

I have recently been recieving threat warnings from Avast of blocked Malicious URLs and have also been recieving Generic User Process Errors. After which my taskbar changes from Windows XP to Windows Classic, and about 90% of the time it changes back to XP. This causes more than just that though. It causes most to nearly all programs on my system to be unable to open. I can’t even shut down my computer with the Start button of the taskbar. I am forced to hold the button of the tower for a forced shutdown. The URLs may be being blocked but I know there is something more going on here. I have the IP Addresses of where they are coming from.

They are:
199.80.55.80
and
199.80.55.19

I only recieve them when I start my computer and start browsing online. Afterward they do not seem to come around again. I really would like to get this sorted out. I have scanned with Avast, Super Anti-Spyware, Microsoft Malicious Software Removal Tool, and Malwarebytes’. Each has only found minor problems and I have a report from Malwarebytes if needed. Please help me, I really want this to end.

Attached is the report that I mentioned from Malwarebytes.

your MBAM log say " NO ACTION TAKEN " did you click the " REMOVE SELECTED " button after the scan ???

if not, update MBAM run new scan and click the “remove selected” button

I did click remove selected. Afterward I restarted my system and performed scans with my other programs and each said there was nothing else. But I’m still receiving these errors and MAL Urls. So in short, yes I did choose to remove them.

Follow this guide from our expert malware remover Essexboy, and post the log`s here

To avoid using multiple posts with copy and paste you have to attach the logs
Lower left corner: Additional Options > Attach ( OTL.Txt and Extras.Txt.)

Essexboy enters the forum in about 2-3 hours…

I’ll be sure to do everything his guide says. Here’s hoping I can get this sorted out.
