recover my avast Pro history

Hi there,

I used to have an Avast Pro license for desktop (precisely my Dell laptop) and I cannot recover any history from my Avast user/profile.
I’m striving lately to recover all my saved online data from Avast and Firefox, with which I used to work and I prepare to reuse on a new laptop, but everything is gone, even though I’ve tried all instructions given by the Support teams.
I really need some help, if anyone has a clue.
My old avast! 4 Home Edition was W90987870H6100A1106-EYJ256VT, which, if I remember well, I renewed later on, after expiring…
I also wanted to buy a new licence so I track all my devices, because I have 2 already stolen but…“thanks” to Avast profile…I cannot track them >:(, because there’s no history of my Avast user activity and license in my active accounts ::), which really disappointed me as an opportunity customer (I work in IT&C and customer experience is one of the most evangelized approach but when going to the root reality, for some companies the customer issues are toilet paper :(…

Thank you for the reply but I still understand, no matter, V generation, free or whatever, why I cannot get the history of my traffic logins and whatever I used to have; after all, it’s my personal data, not Avast’s.
