Recovery using VRDB

Sorry if this is listed somewhere but if it is I am unable to find it.

BEFORE it’s too late, I’m trying to see what steps are used to recover a file from the VRDB.

I cannot locate anything that discusses the recovery process.

Can someone point me in the correct direction?
