rav is a bit strange i think i would let alwil to analys that files but there a lot thing in google that say its a spyware so yeah www.virustotal.com show us this result

If Spybot deleted them, then all should be ok and there should be nothing more to do.

You can run a scan with avast if you want to feel more secure.

Re RAV:
The website http://www.evosla.com/rav.php looks normal. The download is a zipped exe that scanned clean. It’s a standalone; no install, runs painlessly and only on command.
I don’t know how effective it is, but it certainly seems harmless, and maybe good. I very much doubt it’s a rogue.
