What am I doing Wrong ???

How are you trying to update? Manual or auto or other?

The 403 error is a “forbidden to access” error.

Though this link is for porduct, it does have some info on the 403 error.

Thanks for asking oldman, using auto upgrade.
I"m still getting the red warning sign.
I already tried the site you suggested it does not explain why
the sign is in avast format.

Is the ip address that you posted correct? {I tried sam spade, whois doesn’t recognize it and a search on internic says invalid form input.}

The address you posted has 5 sets of number. I tried it by dropping the 80, it leads to a https site for hosting solutions.

Avast does have server space at the site mentioned in the previous post.

Just a thought, is your licence key current?
