redirect main hosting eu cpu exceeded

Hi all

I’ve had Avast and MalwareBytes showing they’re blocking “redirect main hosting eu cpu exceeded” for the past week or so. Both are showing they’re blocking it through my Rainmeter program. Uninstalling the program stops it. But after reinstall, it comes back. Also blocking the program from accessing the internet stops it as well. I’ve run scans in both Avast and MalwareBytes. Avast didn’t find any issues. MB did, but after fixing them, this particular issue is still there. I’m not sure what my next step should be. Having notifications pop up every five minutes or so making noise is incredibly annoying.

I’d appreciate any help in figuring this out.

Attach the logs to your next post here.

This includes the activities of rogue Internet Service Providers (ISPs) that host other sites to which the EMD classification applies.

Yep, that’s the exact issue I’m having. Is there a way to get rid of it?

Yepp, dont use programs that try to connect to malicious sites

lol ok I don’t think this program is causing the problem. I’ve used it for years without an issue. I’ll look into it further myself. Thanks for your help.
