I bought a new laptop and the Avast software didn’t work, so i asked for a refund. they offered me £25.50 refund, which i received, and a new deal, but it still didn’t work. so i asked for a full refund which i was promised. I haven’t had it and every time I try to get in touch the phone number won’t connect, the chat and email just take me round in circles and says they can’t access my account. This is a disgrace and tantamount to fraud. what do I do next?
