Trial version for avast secure line worked fine. Purchased the 1 year subscription and it will not load. Avast representative told me there are conflicting programs on my PC that are causing the problem. Said I had to purchase another of their products in order to resolve the issue. I do not wish to do that and have requested a refund. No response from avast people. Looks like a clever way to sell more products. I will be telling this story to many people through social media and ham radio unless I get a refund PDQ.
