Refund Difficulties

Hello! I’ve been a fairly longtime user of Avast Free Antivirus, and recently (July 9th) upgraded to Internet Security when you offered a deal wherein I could get a year for $20.00. Now, whenever I’ve used SafeZone, it’s rendered my computer essentially unusable after I close it - the only program that seems to respond to anything is Avast itself. I can’t even open the Start menu to reboot the computer; the one time I was able to get a proper reboot, it was only because I opened Avast and told it to start a boot-time scan. Because of this, I filled out a contact form a couple of weeks ago (or maybe it was only a little over one week? I don’t recall now) asking about how I could claim the money-back guarantee, and I have yet to get a response. That’s pretty disappointing, especially for such a simple request; and while I’m sure this is isn’t the case - all of my interactions with Avast up to this point have been very positive - it’s starting to feel like someone is just waiting until the 30 days have passed to respond.

So how exactly does one go about getting their money refunded?
