Is anyone else having a problem with this? Without prior notification, I was automatically billed for the renewal of my Avast Cleanup program which I didn’t want. The Avast website clearly says that in these circumstances you can request a refund. I filled in their online help form three times but have had no response, despite them saying that they normally respond within 1-2 days. Eventually I did manage to talk to an operative via online chat who said that he would organise the refund (£54.99) but they actually refunded me £33 from my Avast Ultimate subscription which was not what I asked. Since then I have been unable to contact anyone at Avast to sort this out and Paypal has been no help.
Any ideas?
