Refund for Avast Grimefighter

Hello, I would be grateful if you would issue me with a refund for the above product which I cannot use as I have no ethernet cable and the product does not recognise my wireless adapter. I have sent emails and have a ticket number TPO-478-76957. I have heard nothing since 20 January when I originally enquired about a refund. I would be grateful if you would issue my refund of £19.99 as soon as possible. Thank you for your help.

Thanks for the information. Unfortunately the new version is not working for me and I would still like a refund please. I wonder if you could confirm how long I will have to wait … I have now been waiting longer than your stated average response time, i.e. since 20 January. Please issue my refund as soon as possible. I have been patient and have only submitted one ticket. I look forward to hearing from you to confirm that a refund has been issued. Thank you.

I can’t tell how long you have to wait nor can I refund you.
I am not working for avast.
Please mention your ticket number here and I can point someone from avast to it.
