Refund for Avast Premier

Please help, I’ve submitted two requests for a refund and to cancel my subscription.
I recently purchased a new laptop that has antivirus software and I no longer need this. Can anyone tell me how to get someone to refund my money? It was taken from my Paypal account.

Each time you submit a ticket, you will be put back to the bottom of the stack (FiFO) which will make you have to wait longer.

What are the ticket ID’s ?

You don’t say where you submitted the two requests ?
If however it is the support ticket system then give the ticket ID number as requested.

The fact that you no longer need the subscription may not be grounds or a refund, that would only be a valid request if you submit the refund request within 30 days.

It is within 30 days of the renewal. It was renewed April 12, 2017.

On what date did you created that ticket ?
avast is normally handling tickets within 5 business days.

You only gave one ticket ID, so what do you mean with two requests ?

The payment was taken out of my PayPal account on April 7, 2017.
I submitted the first ticket on April 9, 2017 with a Ticket ID: [#777319], then on April 13, 2017 I submitted another (I know no patience sorry) with a Ticket ID: [#782031]. The messages I received were from Avast Customer Care customer.care@avast.com.

The only problem is the no patience bit you mentioned (multiple tickets) is likely to actually impede progress.

Since you are within the 30 days it shouldn’t be an issue it will be processed.

I have reported this to try and draw attention to your submissions.
