Please help, I’ve submitted two requests for a refund and to cancel my subscription.
I recently purchased a new laptop that has antivirus software and I no longer need this. Can anyone tell me how to get someone to refund my money? It was taken from my Paypal account.
You don’t say where you submitted the two requests ?
If however it is the support ticket system then give the ticket ID number as requested.
The fact that you no longer need the subscription may not be grounds or a refund, that would only be a valid request if you submit the refund request within 30 days.
The payment was taken out of my PayPal account on April 7, 2017.
I submitted the first ticket on April 9, 2017 with a Ticket ID: [#777319], then on April 13, 2017 I submitted another (I know no patience sorry) with a Ticket ID: [#782031]. The messages I received were from Avast Customer Care customer.care@avast.com.
