Refund for payment yesterday of £64.98 and cancellation of annual subscription

Hi Folks I’m really struggling here I’m user6074 and have raised case 24242383 as I want to cancel the payment made yesterday of £64.98 as I no longer use the product and also want to cancel my annual subscription . I have tried to call the number provided but it doesn’t work and I keep going round and round not getting anywhere. I understand that I cancel this paymemt within 30 days but I’m not getting anywhere and need some help. Can anyone please help me?
