REFUND> HELP ME ?? anyone

AVAST ive been trying now for 6 dyas to refund the internet security i did NOT want, i used to 60 free trial at which 5 days before it was up my credit card was charged, now i do NOT want this product, ive uninstalled it from my computer, i have no interest in it anymore. and yet, im $65.00 out of pocket. ive tryed your so called support page everyday since my bank notified me. you have failed to respond to any of my messages neither there nor facebook. REFUND my oreder please.

a response from avast today, apparetnly mr order has now been cancelled, now carlos from the chech republic is asking for the email adress i used, ive explained to him that the email adress hes replyed to me on, IS the email adress im using? soooooooooooo now what ? help>

If you’ve updated Carlos with the email info requested then there is nothing more to do, just need to wait for the banks to do their transfers :slight_smile:

I have the same issue. Sent a support email, no response. If I do not hear from them by the end of the week, I will have my CC company refuse the charge. There’s absolutely NO reason why this needs to be so difficult. Emailing support is the most irritating, confusing and ridiculous process I have ever seen. No other service I use has this level of stupidity contacting support about an issue.

BTW, if your subscription has a date for renewal, it is poor form to do the renewal 2 weeks in advance and despite the subscribers saying they do not want auto renewal. To me that is theft, pure and simple.

When we asked you to send us the proof of charge you sent us something different, not related to Avast (you sent us something about a charge for USD 49.95).
Moreover, the email address registered for the order you have just posted is associated to a different email address than the one you insisted is the only one you use (l********ps_91@hotmail.com).

I just refunded this order.
