I requested a subscription cancellation through Google Play yes this is still active last mobile I am still charged plus I have another charge for God only knows what it’s on my bank account but it is a vast it adds up to over 100 Canadian dollars which I cannot afford living on a disability pension as a widow you have my email address I would like to know what I have to do to get a refund a requested this 2 days after I downloaded it from Google Play I am so angry I’m contacting Google Play and putting in a complaint about getting a refund from you and please take active off of my account because it is not on my phone it is not in my settings I am so mad that’s why I’m not using punctuation.
