Refund is not made

After the third attempt of making a moneyRefund request I had no choice and decided to write in here as well. I have purchased Avast Antivirus PRO and am not happy with the behaviour the antivirus provides. Wanna money back.

Thanks, I’ve done it three times already, but there is no reply to any of those requests. That way just doesn’t work.

Be patient, a reply can take a few business days.
Also, don’t submit multiple requests…!! (FIFO)

Does that mean, that if I placed a request a month ago and then a week ago, that would be a week of processing the request anyway? That just doesn’t make any sense.

There is still no reply from Avast. For how long should I wait? The 30-days MoneyBack Guarantee period is expired, but there is no reply from Avast team.
