After the third attempt of making a moneyRefund request I had no choice and decided to write in here as well. I have purchased Avast Antivirus PRO and am not happy with the behaviour the antivirus provides. Wanna money back.
Does that mean, that if I placed a request a month ago and then a week ago, that would be a week of processing the request anyway? That just doesn’t make any sense.
There is still no reply from Avast. For how long should I wait? The 30-days MoneyBack Guarantee period is expired, but there is no reply from Avast team.
