refund issue

I have requested a refund due to a renewal that should not have happened and all i get in return is a email saying they cant find the order number they sent me literally 30 minutes prior to my request its absurd and i dont know what to dom been using the same account for a long time

The refund was processed via case/ticket 12458749 and I can see that you have already received confirmation from support.

I requested a refund on 12/6/2021, received an email back confirming the request was received and I would hear from customer support within 48 hours. It is now 12/12/2021 and I still have no heard anything back. Per email “We confirm that we’ve received your request (14566488). We’re handling your request now and our Customer Support representative will get back to you within 48 hours.”

it would be nice to hear something back and get rid of this sinking feeling that I am getting. I have always had faith in Avast but I must say this is not sitting to well with me now. I have problems with companies who are very quick to take my money but when it comes time to refund it they ghost out on me. Please don’t be a ghost, Avast.

Ich habe am 28.02.2022 festgestellt,dass meinem VISA-Konto ein Betrag von Fr.101.65 zu Gunsten von AVAST abgebucht wurde.
Auf meine Beanstandung und Rückforderung REF.NR. 15269959 Stevis Ivana wurde mir mitgeteilt,die Sache zu klären.Laut meinem Bestellverlauf habe ich tatsächlich keine Leistung oder Software bezogen.Nach einigen Mails HIN und Her wurde das ganze einfach fallen gelassen.Keine Antwort mehr oder die angegebene Mailadresse war nicht erreichbar.(Mail abgelehnt) Mir platzt gleich der Kragen. Es ist nicht möglich AVAST per Mail zu erreichen.
Fazit:Ich muss mich nach neuer Software umsehen. 2 MONATE VERGEBLICH ZU REKLAMIEREN IST EIFACH ZUVIEL >:( >:( ***removed for privacy reasons ***
