I have been in contact with Avast Support regarding my subscriptions. One of my refunds (order ADAP1587494029) failed during authorization, and support provided me with an “offline refund link.” Unfortunately, the link does not work, and I cannot complete the process.
I also asked about keeping my November subscription active and refunding the February one, but communication is very unclear, and it is extremely difficult to reach support through the options in my account.
Has anyone else experienced similar problems with non-functional refund links or difficulty contacting support? Could Avast Support please contact me directly to resolve this case?
