i was cancel subscription and they said money will back about 5-7 days but now 11 days where i can ask them about it ?
The about 5-7 days is an estimate and is 5-7 business days.
It also depends on the method of payment ?
If by Bank Payment, then it can take longer to appear in your account as cleared funds.
If you used the support ticket system to request cancellation and refund, then you should be able to use that to enquire on its progress.
