REFUND NEEDED NOW

Like the title says. I’ve sent in two tickets to customer service, no replies. I need a refund NOW of my money.

Ticket #1: 734009
Ticket #2: 738794

Each time you submit a ticket you will be put back to the bottom of the stack (FiFo)
Just have patience and avast will handle the ticket and give you the refund if you are entitled to it.

It was last week. How long does it take?

Did you recive a reply to your ticket(s) ? if so they are (should be) working on it
