refund not credited into account

Hi team,

I got email from avast this morning IST time confirming the refund processing but the amount is still not credited in my account.

If you only got the notification today, confirming the refund process it doesn’t happen immediately.

It depends on how you paid, if you used a bank payment than that could take 3-5 banking days to complete.

As with most things in life, there is no instant gratification. Some patience is always required. :slight_smile:

Hi team!

I would like to ask the status of my refund.

Background: my avast account auto renewed itself and charged me with a specific amount last december 29, 2019. I received a confirmation email saying that my refund has already been processed. As seen below. However it’s already been 10 working days and yet and debut card has not received an invoice yet. What are the next steps to this? Thank you!
