I even sent a request today , BUT KEEP GETTING THIS AUTO RESPONSE, I feel robbed.

You may actually be hindering the progress, support tickets are actioned on a First In First Out (FiFo) order. So adding or modifying a support ticket would actually set the clock again.

I will try to draw some attention to it.
