I had purchased avast file security server via order no 15687034528 on 21-11-13 online. I want to return the product as per your policy of (30 day money back guarantee). I am trying since 28-11-13 to do so. mailed to several email ids. raised 3 tickets but not a single communication has been received from avast. Ticket nos DAF-834-30348,SRU-375-91256,CQG-370-67875
I am surprised by their attitude towards giving refund?
