Refund Request for Driver Updater

To whom it may concern,

I was notified by my bank that I have made a purchase from AVAST. It turns out that my free trial of Driver Updater has been converted “automagically” to a regular subscription.

The thing is, I don’t want this software. How can I refund my USD39.99?

Purchase was made around 14:20 Philippine Standard Time.

Same problem, but can/t find ID Order anywhere to ask for a refund. Any ideas?

Just enter/use 00000000 and explain it in your request.
