Refund request not acknowledged #629491

Avast has charged me £29.99 for Cleanup yet I did not authorize this payment. I am now overdrawn with my bank. I submitted a ticket but received no response. Should I get on to my bank and get them to dispute this transaction? I am not happy at all about this.
