Can support please assist me with this. Your product states a 30 day money back guarantee. I have submitted TWO tickets regarding this request and have yet to hear a PEEP from customer service. That is unacceptable for a company that happily takes people’s money. I am glad that you have customers that are satisfied with your product but I am not one of them.

I would really appreciate a response or who I can contact personally to escalate this matter.

Refunds depending on payment method can take 5 to 10 working days, you don’t say when these tickets were submitted ?

So long as you have requested a refund prior to the 30 day limit then it will be processed.

Support tickets are handled on a first in first out basis, submitting multiple tickets can take longer.
