REFUND REQUEST STATUS

It has now been 10 days since I submitted a ticket for a refund and my ticket has been ignored this whole time.
Now I was charged again for avast clean up! I purchased Grime Fighter…Clean Up is not even the same software and is junk.
I have submitted a refund for that little jewel as well.
Please someone go look at my refund so i can have my money back.

what’s the Ticket# you were sent ???

It can take up to 5 business days, does the ‘requesting for days’ mean you have sent more than one support ticket ?

Yes I have sent in 2 or 3 now. Order #23869467908.I forgot the first Ticket# so here is a new one 07224703

Each time you request a new ticket you’re put back to the end of the line, submit one ticket then wait.

With a first in first out (FiFo) system multiple support tickets on the same thing keep pushing it to the back of the line.

On Friday 22.02 I’ve noticed something odd in my account, I was charged about 100 dolars from a DRI company. I never dealt with them before and after a bit or research I found out that they deal with digital transactions and services. I don’t installed Avast on my laptop and really I have no clue to how they managed to charge me. I don’t want your or their service and I want to refund my money. I can’t fill Your support contact form because on DRI page I’ve couldn’t find my order number with both of my emails that I use. I suppose that someone used my card and managed to make a order in my name. I didn’t get any email from your company or DRI. Only mail that I got is note from my bank that 2 transactions (2x50dolars) are approved. I didn’t get licences and I don’t want them. Please investigate this case and contact me. Once again I can’t fill your support contact form because I don’t have order number and I can’t find it on DRI because it doesn’t recognize neither of my mails. Please help me asap.

I suppose if someone has fraudulently used your card it may be for the same mistake you’ve made here putting your personal details on a public forum, placing your emails on an open forum several hours ago I could guarantee these emails have now been pawned by scammers ::slight_smile:

It’s modifed. But that’s not answer to my question. Your company shouldn’t have accepted those transactions without my permission. What should we do now?

It would be nice if Avast could put some contact somewhere because I couldn’t contact it without order no which I don’t have because I didn’t get any email.

Just enter/use 00000000 and explain it in your request.

I submitted 3 different tickets for refund.

Be patient, a refund can take up to 7 business days. Also, don’t submit multiple tickets (FIFO).

Multiple tickets on the same issue causes delay, any time accrued no the first ticket (submission date) is effectively pushed back to the date of the 2nd submission and so on for each duplicate submission (order ID I presume is the key).
