Hey all, looking around it seems likely that tickets can go unnoticed for weeks if not months at a time unless they’re given a nudge by staff here.
My ticket number is #320635
Simply put, I had no idea I’d signed up for a year long subscription.
Since I use a different email now I also didn’t get the early warnings that my account would be converted to a full version of premier.
Hoping this stupid mistake can be rectified quickly.

Whatever you do don’t modify or create another ticket as this actually pushes it further down the order.
It looks like you have used the 60 day trial version - which you need to complete payment details - if you don’t uninstall/cancel this trial then payment would be collected ?
